About the Artist
HI! I’M ALICIA!
I am a chicago based artist who has a passion for exploring different ranges of art styles and making quality work. My passion for art stems from growing up drawing and challenging myself to develop the skill to create realistic drawings and three-dimensional drawings. I have a strong eye for paying attention to detail and I show that within my art work, details matter in every aspect when i'm creating.
HOW IT STARTED
When I was 17 I fell in love with painting after making my first painting of the Chicago Theatre. I’ve stuck to it ever since. I’ve painted from Chicago architecture buildings, skylines, landscapes, and now exploring portraits of some of my favorite artists and athletes. My patience, attention to detail, and discipline is what strives me to keep creating.
I graduated from University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign with a Bachelors of Science in Architecture. Learning the process designing creatively and realistically has broadened my creative abilities by incorporating other digital creative programs into my art work.
